  • What's included in rent?

    Rent includes high-speed internet, trash service, water, an electricity allowance, and access to The Flamingo’s amenities. Residents are responsible for electricity overages and water.

    You can make secure payments through our online resident portal using a bank account, debit, or credit card. 

  • Are these student-only apartments?

    While designed for students, 608 E Chalmers is open to anyone who meets the lease requirements.

    Yes — every apartment comes fully furnished with modern furniture, stainless-steel appliances, and in-unit laundry. 

  • Is there parking?
